DELEGATE PACKAGES - ALL YEAR ROUND

Day Delegate Packages - from £35 (excluding VAT) per person
The Day Delegate Package (minimum of 25 delegates) includes:

  • Arrival tea, coffee and biscuits
  • Mid morning refreshments
  • Finger buffet lunch with coffee
  • Afternoon tea
  • OHP and screen
  • Writing pads and pencils
  • Mints and mineral water
  • Meeting room hire
  • Free parking (on application)

24 Hour Delegate Packages in the Lancaster Suite - from £105 (excluding VAT) per person
Includes all the elements of the Day Delegate Package plus: 

  • Overnight accommodation in an en-suite bedroom at the Lancaster Conference Suite
  • Continental breakfast served in the suite
  • 3 course evening meal with coffee in the food hall
  • Internet point
  • Access to spa


DELEGATE PACKAGES - SUMMER 

24 Hour Delegate Packages - from £80 (excluding VAT) per person
Available from June to mid September only. 
The 24 Hour Delegate Package includes all the elements of the Day Delegate Package plus: 

  • Overnight accommodation in an en-suite bedroom
  • Full English breakfast in the food hall
  • 3 course evening meal with coffee in the food hall
